Policy for services provided in the salon

Terms and conditions of service in the salon:
We have great respect for our clients’ times and our artists’ times so we ask that you kindly follow the Salon’s terms and conditions of service. The center’s policy requires paying the full amount of the requested service upon reservation. You must confirm the type of service, date and time of reservation .

Book and cancel appointments.

  • Appointment booking policy:
  1. Log in to the store
  2. Choose the “Book an Appointment” box.
  3. Fill out the customer’s information (name, mobile number, date of birth) and approve it.
  4. Determine the desired service.
  5. Answer the questionnaire and agree to the terms and conditions policy.
  6. Determine the appropriate day and time.
  7. You will receive an email confirming the appointment and an invoice for the reserved service via email or mobile message.
  8. The transfer will be made within 48 hours or the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
  9. When you pay for the service, please provide us with the transfer information by entering the appointment confirmation.
  • Confirm/cancel appointments:
  1. The full amount must be paid in order to confirm your appointment reservation .
  2. If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us 24 hours before your next appointment when rescheduling or canceling the appointment .
  3. You will receive a text message and email to remind you of your appointment. Respect your time .
  4. We ask that you arrive for your appointment on time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, the salon reserves the right to keep you on the waiting list or cancel your appointment .
  • Delay policy:
  1. Please familiarize yourself with our salon location and be prepared for Riyadh traffic.
  2. It is not permitted to be late for more than (5) five minutes for the appointment. In the event of delay, the reservation will be transferred to the waiting list, or postponed to another appointment.
  3. In the event of non-attendance for reasons beyond our control (cases of illness, accidents, or death, God forbid), you can contact us via email (info@baheyagroup.com) or you can call or send a message via WhatsApp to the unified number (920002424) to clarify the reasons.
  • Cancellation/rescheduling policy:
  1. The service cannot be replaced with another service.
  2. If the client does not notify the center of canceling the service within (24 hours) and does not attend the appointment, 50% of the value of the service will be deducted.
  • Waiting list policy:

We always recommend confirming your reservation during the times available on the website.
A waiting list is allocated and we aim to meet the needs of customers who want urgent appointments, and through this list requests are reviewed in priority.

  • Guest and Children Policy:
  1. Due to the nature of the work that requires constant care and attention to the place, we apologize for not bringing children and companions.
  2. If there are reasons that require this, contact us via WhatsApp or the unified number and notify us in advance.
  • Services policy provided by the salon:

“Baheya” provides multiple services to clients, including: (eyelashes – permanent makeup – protein -acrylic) with the best products and distinctive devices.
We are keen to ensure that our results are satisfactory to our clients, so we do not bear any responsibility when informing the client of the terms and conditions and agreeing to them.

Terms and Conditions Policy for Services:

  • Eyelash sessions terms and conditions:
  1. The eye does not suffer from allergy or its symptoms
  2. Do not expose to water for 24 hours from the time of installation in order to benefit from it.
  3. Avoid exposure to steam and sauna.
  4. The retouching appointment must be adhered to within 14 days from the date of installation.
  5. Do not use mascara or cosmetics that contain oils.
  6. Do not try to remove them yourself so as not to affect your natural eyelashes.
  7. Brush the eyelashes at least once a day using its brush.
  • Permanent make-up sessions terms and conditions:
  1. Do not expose to water for 24 hours from the time of the session in order to benefit from it.
  2. Declaration after using peeling creams a week before the session.
  3. Avoid exposure to steam, sauna, and skin cleansing for a month.
  4. Commit to moisturizing twice a day for two weeks
  5. Commitment to retouching after one month from the date of the session.
  6. Declaration not to use the drug Raccutane.
  7. Do not perform the Botox session a week before or after the session.
  • Protein sessions terms and conditions:
  1. Hair free of henna for less than two months.
  2. The hair is free of new color.
  3. The hair is free of Sidr.
  4. Hair free of natural oils and mixtures for less than a month.
  5. The hair or scalp are free of allergy symptoms.
  6. The hair and scalp are free from allergies.

Post-protein conditions:

  1. Washing the hair after (24) hours of the session.
  2. Do not swim in the pool.
  3. Use the dye after a period of only one color without ammonia, and after a week of the session.
  4. Do not use oils and henna after the protein session for at least a month.
  • Acrylic terms and conditions:
  1. Refrain from making hand scrubs or using any type of hand creams or oils
  2. Do not expose hands to water for (24) hours.
  3. Do not expose the nails to steam throughout the installation period.
  4. Commitment to the retouching appointment after (14) days.
  • Conditions for exchanging/returning products (sales):
  1. The product will be replaced or returned provided that the products are in their original condition and have not been used, if the client has not left the salon.
  2. The cash refund will be immediate if payment is made in cash.
  3. If payment was made via Mada card, the amount will be returned to the same account from which it was paid within 14 working days from the date the customer requested to return the product and get its value back.
